What is co-registration?
Co-registration is a way of sharing data from one website to another, by signing members up to a number of websites/newsletters at the same time. Increasing the quality of the Internet with the least amount of fuss for the end user, not to mention more cost effective marketing.
How do I get new users?
Our network will allow users to submit their details to programs after they have confirmed their email address is valid. The user will be offered our co-registration partners and may choose to join any or all of the programs available. We will advertise your program across our network to all our members.
Can I set limits on the quantity of new members?
We can limit the amount of new users we send you. This can at any time be increased.
What is a URL link?
A URL link is a method of transferring data via a string in the address bar; live as we collect it, direct to your database.
What if my server fails?
The system will try to send the data via a URL link 3 times, if your server has failed or does not respond the data will automatically be placed into a TSV file for your collection. If the data fails to receive 100 data feeds, you will be informed via email, if it fails to receive 200 data feeds the program will be automatically suspended ensuring you do not lose the valuable data. The data collected in the TSV file due to your server issues will be charged at the unit rate agreed in the insertion order.
What is a TSV file?
TSV stands for Tab Separated Variable meaning that we will collect all the data for you in a file where all of the fields are separated by tab characters. These industry standard files are instantly recognised by programs such as Microsoft Excel, and can be easily loaded into databases like MySQL with a single command. You can collect the file at any time during and up to 6 months after your program has ended.
Can I delete data from a TSV?
You will not be able to delete data from the TSV file once it is in there. We provide this service mainly as a small site build up or as a back up for your server.
When will I get my data?
If you are processing a URL link you will receive the data immediately when the member signs up. If you are using our TSV method you will be able to collect the data at any time during your program and for 6 months after the program has ended.
How do you stop duplicate data?
Any user who joins any one of our partners has their details stored on www.COREGDATA.com, when they change and edit their details so does it change on the system. This way it prevents the user from changing their details in an attempt to sign up again to our partner programs. The system will also only ever offer the program to a user once.
How can I monitor the performance of my program?
You can at any time log into www.COREGDATA.com and check the statistics of your program(s) live!
Can I collect unique data?
We can collect any data you want. We have developed the software so we can include a drop down menu, text field or radio buttons. Each can be tailored to suit your needs.
